In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tala77," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the tala77 platform at tala77.club, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming entity registered and operating in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the tala77 website at tala77.club and all games, features, payment services, promotional systems, and account management tools accessible through it.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is attempting to register a tala77 account and access the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the tala77 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal tala77 balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, live dealer table, or sports market available on the tala77 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any non-cash promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or matched deposit incentive issued by tala77 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body licensing and regulating tala77's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for all tala77 account holders.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to tala77's obligations under Philippine law to monitor, detect, and report suspicious financial activity.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tala77 governing your use of the Platform. By completing the tala77 registration process, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with tala77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and tala77. In the event of conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

tala77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or via platform notification prior to taking effect.

To register and use the tala77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. tala77 enforces this requirement strictly and without exception.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing the tala77 Platform is lawful at the time of each use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of tala77 or any related entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from tala77 or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform during an active exclusion period.
• You must not be included on any government, PAGCOR, or tala77 exclusion list or restricted persons register.

tala77 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed and, in certain cases, before deposit limits are lifted. Accepted government-issued Philippine identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID/SSS/GSIS Card, LTO Driver's Licence, DFA Passport, PRC Professional ID, and COMELEC Voter's ID.

tala77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible person is entitled to hold exactly one (1) tala77 Account. The registration and maintenance of multiple accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited. Where tala77 identifies or reasonably suspects duplicate account activity, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and updating that information promptly if it changes.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your tala77 Account.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Notifying tala77 immediately via customer support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

tala77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Account access credentials may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other person.

tala77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where tala77 determines that the Account poses regulatory, AML, or responsible gaming risk.

All financial transactions on the tala77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal minimums vary by payment method; the minimum withdrawal to GCash and Maya is ₱200.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. tala77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; fees imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the Player.

You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party payments — whether deposit or withdrawal — are strictly prohibited. tala77 will return funds to the source account and may suspend the receiving account where third-party payment is suspected.

tala77 reserves the right to:

• Suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC or AML review.
• Request documentary evidence of source of funds for deposits exceeding defined thresholds in compliance with Philippine AML regulations.
• Set maximum withdrawal limits by account tier and payment method.
• Apply a wagering requirement to deposited bonus funds before they are eligible for withdrawal.

All games available on the tala77 Platform — including live dealer tables, slot games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and arcade titles — are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Where any game-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay only; these Terms govern all financial, account, and compliance matters.

tala77 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under studio monitoring. The outcome of any completed game round is final and cannot be reversed once settled, except where tala77 identifies a technical malfunction or error as described below.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, tala77 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' Wallets. tala77 is not obligated to honour payouts generated by a demonstrable system error, regardless of the amount displayed to the Player.

Players must not use any software, tool, device, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over tala77's systems, including but not limited to: automated betting scripts, game-exploiting software, artificial intelligence betting systems, or coordinated play strategies with other accounts.

tala77 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all tala77 bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on their tala77 Account.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses credited to an Account must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonus balances will expire automatically at the end of the validity period without replacement.
• tala77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if, in tala77's reasonable judgement, the bonus was claimed through fraudulent activity, in breach of these Terms, or through exploitation of a promotional error.
• Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms.
• tala77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tala77 Platform. tala77 may suspend, permanently close, and forfeit the balance of any Account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the tala77 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the tala77 Platform or its underlying systems.
• Using another person's payment instrument, identity documents, or Account credentials.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus structures, or Platform systems.
• Placing bets or deposits using funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the tala77 Platform while under the influence of a self-exclusion order from any PAGCOR-licensed platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability for financial gain.

tala77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with its PAGCOR license obligations and its own standards as a responsible operator. tala77 recognises that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and provides tools to help manage play.

The following responsible gaming controls are available to all tala77 Account holders at any time through the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period. Reaching the limit will restrict further wagering until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the tala77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are activated within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. tala77 will close all marketing communications to excluded accounts.

tala77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tala77 determines that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• The Account holder is or has become ineligible to use the Platform (including through change in age status, jurisdiction, or self-exclusion).
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel suspension or closure.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, tala77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the investigation within 30 calendar days. Where a balance is held in a suspended Account, tala77 will communicate the outcome of the investigation and any applicable refund in writing to the Account holder's registered contact details.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting tala77 customer support. Any verified balance in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method after standard KYC and AML checks are completed.

All content on the tala77 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, interface designs, text, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of tala77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tala77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence or right of any kind is granted to you in respect of any intellectual property beyond this limited access right.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the tala77 Platform without the prior written consent of tala77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tala77's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tala77 Wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tala77 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on the outcome of any game, bet, or promotional result.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond tala77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, natural disasters, government orders, or third-party provider outages.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tala77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the tala77 Platform shall in the first instance be submitted to tala77's internal dispute resolution process. tala77 undertakes to acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and to provide a written determination within 30 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through tala77's internal process to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures. tala77 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-initiated dispute reviews.

Where court proceedings are necessary, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.

tala77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The "Effective Date" and "Version" information in the Table of Contents sidebar will be updated to reflect any revision.

For material changes — defined as any change that materially affects Player rights, financial obligations, or dispute resolution procedures — tala77 will provide a minimum of 7 calendar days' advance notice via email to all registered Account holders' registered addresses and via a prominent notice on the tala77 Platform prior to the revised Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the tala77 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 10.
